FAQ’s

  • The base rental rate covers up to 24 hours. This allows you ample time for setup, use, and pickup without feeling rushed. Delivery fees as well as additional fees included for setup/breakdown of items are not included in the base price. If you need to use the rental items for a longer period, an additional daily fee will apply for each extra day beyond the initial 24 hour period. Extended rentals are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your request.

  • We require an initial 50% non-refundable down payment for all orders, which will go towards the total cost of your order. Your order will be reserved once you have signed our rental agreement and we receive your 50% down payment. The remaining balance is required to be paid no later than 7 days prior to your event date. If full payment is not received by 7 days prior to your event, your order will be subject to cancellation.

  • Set up and take down of our tents are included with delivery. However, tables and chairs are only delivered and stacked neatly to the customer. Set up and break down of tables and chairs are the customer’s responsibility. Tables and chairs must be re-stacked by time of pickup. Additional fees apply per item if you require table and chair setup and break down for your event.

  • We understand that weather can be unpredictable. Cheers & Chairs Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel delivery or installation of tents or other rental items as well as removing previously installed/delivered items in inclement weather conditions. If severe weather is expected, please contact us to discuss options for rescheduling.

  • Our rental protection plan is an optional fee that adds a 10% damage waiver to your order. It covers accidental damage to our rental equipment during your event. It will cover damage for the first $150 of damage and 50% of any additional damage. If the rental protection plan is declined, then you will be responsible for the full amount of repair or replacement costs of any damaged item(s). The rental protection plan is not insurance and does not cover theft, vandalism, unreturned items, leaving equipment out in the rain or other weather related damages, or misuse of the equipment outside of its intended use.
